Base pressure and rate of rise good. I flowed TEOS and it controlled at setpoint. needs test after change.

checked base and ROR last night and base was 18 mT, ROR was aboutt 46-48. 
Let pump overnight with N2 and today base was 18 mT and ROR was 22 mT/min. 
tube may have been left open long enough to get moisture in the trap.
