Subject: Shutdown teos2 SNF 2011-02-19 12:29:34: Pressure always reads 2000

When arrived, PUMP7 was not runnung. The program was PUMP7 but in Ready status. Ran PUMP7 again found the pressure always read 2000 and failed in leak check. Can't process further.
