Long Anneal Planned for Later Today - Update

Forgot to mention. The temperature is 1100 C for 20 hrs. The purpose is 
to relieve stress in new SOIs. If you are interested in joining me for 
the whole or part of the anneal or have any concerns, please send me an 
email. I plan to start the anneal around 4 - 4:30 pm today.
