PPOLCOAT

PGE
PGEANEAL
PGEBDOPE
PGEPDOPE

It is required that you run  PPOLCOAT (00:30:00) after every Ge or doped 
poly run to bury the previous growth and leave the tube clean for the 
next user.

Log all runs... including the coat runs.  This is a requirement if you 
want to keep your qualification on the system.
