Raja reported flucuations in N2 program.  I ran the program for 30 minutres and saw the DCS drop from 42 to 17 twice (the sepoint is 45).

Ran DCS and ammonia. Had DCS up to 100sccm it  was 
stable .perhaps flow was unstable because it had not been run for some time. Will leave yellow for observation
