Ran N2 recipe with correct flow and pressure.  dep rate ~30A/min.
But the boat position may need calibration - not fully opened and enter BAD OPER phase when closed.  It will eventually enter PUMPDOWN and pumped correctly but takes a while in BOAT IN phase.
