2 dummy wafers were broken after the deposition. One is broken into 2 part that were cought by boat. The other (placed right behind the broken wafer) is cracked. I removed both of wafers from the boat. Unfortunately, I had no spare wafers, so there is only one dummy wafer rest in the boat.
