Problem thermcopoly1 SNF 2010-02-20 22:57:02: boat cannot move in

Came with the boat out. Boat cannot be fully moved in. Tried "POLYOUT" to reset the backfill, boat Sta etc then tried again, still cannot move the boat fully in.
