Found tube out in the middle of a long anneal, with 
heaters at full temp.  On trying to send tube back in, 
found that motor was driving hard OUT no matter 
what was done (abort-run, or manual-in-fast).  
I turned off power to the tube#1 controller because it 
seemed that it would damage the motor if left alone.
