Problem tylan1 2002-01-28 21:55:20: H2 MFC alarm

During a wet process, the H2 MFC alarmed.  
Reset and returned to normal-  no problems 
after that.
Could it be that the H2 froze in the tank?  (I'm kidding, 
of course.... But it did *feel* that cold out there!)
