The boat loaders dig deep trenches into the metal guides, with Tylan 1 being the worst and raining metal down on the entire bank. I had to clean the furnace bank before loading in device wafers so they don't contaminate our new device run. Can we please get this fixed? Can we please have it cleaned regularly? Many thanks.
