 N2 and H2 flow errors on Mfs460. I had to reboot the MFS460 to clear aeeors. Adjusted MFS460 MFC zeros and did auto zero routine. Loaded wet800 and pushed run. loader opened. found quartz shifted towards door. realigned quartz and made a small adjustment of loader height and checked for loader quartz contact during push, none were found.
