Subject: Oxidation furnaces ready to go

I'm pleased to announce that tylan1 and tylan2 are ready for full and
normal operation in their new location. Tylan3 is ready to undergo its
final qualification test and should be ready next week. Tylan4 is
awaiting a new element. It should be ready in two weeks.
