Regarding user King's problem report, I had a similar problem two weeks ago: I did a WET1000 (10 min) oxidation and got 1180A oxide instead of the tried-and-true 1030A. At that time I thought I had mis-input the time but now it looks like it might really have been a faulty T/C.
