I ran the same program as Ray and observed the same slowness in coming up to the requested 800C that he reports.  After 20 min stabilization a max temp of 719 was achieved.  The TCU power was not a maximum, usually 50% or less.
At ramp-up step (10 mins) the temp was L = 815C, C = 829C, S = 839C.  Requested temp was 850C.
Btw, I had the boats out for about 20 mins before starting the program.
