Front = 981A, Std Dev = 11.8
Front Center = 1090A, Std Dev = 15.0

Average All = 1085A
Both thickness and Std Dev are higher than last month.

Found the front panel overtemp lights on for scr and alarming. Checkedfan and it is not running. Tube was running TRANLC clean and was at temp

tempC = 850
while tempS = 400
All of a sudden it changed to
 tempS = 850B
I don't know what B in '850B' is, but I guess the primary thermocouple is not working and this is the temperature measured by support sensor.

source profile t/c had high resistance contact. I cleaned contacts and "B" on source went away.
