spare Si wafers with >5000 A of oxide?

I'm interested in obtaining 1-2 silicon wafers (doesn't matter what type)
with at least 500 nm of oxide.  We are interested in using this just as a
substrate for deposition of nitride for optical measurements.  Do you happen
to have any spare wafers like this?

Alternatively, if you are planning to grow >500 nm oxide in the near future,
could you please run a couple extra wafers for me and let me know?
