chjecked N2 flow in manual and flow was ok, when given a setpoint. Checked tycom and setpoint was 2.5 Liters flow was zero but there was no alarm. Pushed run then abort and flow was 2.5 liters. Setpoint needed to be sent to MFS460. System operating normally at this time.
