Manually moving the boat back out a few inches and then manually moving it back in seems to work, but some people are not watching to make sure the boat goes in before leaving the area. It appears that the baffle on the end of the rails has cracked and tilted to such an angle as it cannot go into the tube wiithout hanging up. I don't know how long the tube has been out. I fear that the elements will burn out if left in this condition for a long time.
