Hello users of Tylan bank 1, oxidation tubes 1-4. 

As the first step of upgrading the furnaces to 6" capability, Tylan bank
1, tubes 1-4, will be shut down for two weeks commencing Tuesday,
Febuary 5 at 0700. During this time T-7 will be available as a clean
oxidation tube. There will be some use restrictions concerning
cleanliness level, long oxidations and long anneals. Protocol details to
follow.

Sorry for any inconvience this move will cause, but it is the first step
of the upgrade.

The tube problem has been fixed and the tube tested with good results.
