In addition, it overran to my reservation for at least half already... Should that be doubly-charged then??? /Chi On From closega at stanford.edu Wed Nov 29 13:46:21 2006 From: closega at stanford.edu (Gael Close) Date: Wed, 29 Nov 2006 13:46:21 -0800 Subject: Running tylan4 without enabling In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <1e089c430611291346r67bea973h35ff247d40d5b5e4@mail.gmail.com> Hi Chi-On, No-one is running Tylan4. By mistake, after loading my recipe in Tylan2, I typed "run 4" instead of "run 2". I acknowledged on the Tylan 2 front panel to put the boat back in. I was under the impression that Tylan 4 was back in standby mode and that I had corrected my mistake. But now that I think about it, it is probably running whatever program was in its memory. My bad. I apologize, but you can safely abort the current program: there is nothing inside. My wafers are in Tylan 2. -Gael On 11/29/06, Chi On Chui wrote: > Someone is running tylan4 without enabling. > In addition, it overran to my reservation for at least half already... > > Should that be doubly-charged then??? > > /Chi On > -- Gael Close PhD Candidate Center for Integrated Systems, CISX-300 Stanford University, California +1-650-450-3567
