The system is safe to use, but suspicion is there is a possible mode of failure that can set off the BBr3 toxic gas alarm which evacuates the lab, so want to restrict use of this system to when there is maintenance coverage to address any possible problems. I replaced all the valves in the BBR3 delivery line. checked all gas flows on the mono block and adjusted zeros where required. checked flows to setpoint on the Tycom terminal. checked for leaks in the BBR3 lines. System needs coat/test after clean.
