Shutdown tylan5 SNF 2008-09-25 20:26:17: wafers broke again

My wafers broke again. When the tube completely comes up, I can see that the the end of the cantelever is touching/sitting on the tube itself.
When the tube opens there is a slight residue smell. I'm not sure what that is.
Some tiny pieces of my wafers are still inside the boat. I didn't know how to get them out without touching the boat.
