replaced shorted N2 carrier valve and power supply.
valves and flo9ws working correctly now. will need testing before bering put up.

The MFS460 controller is not opening the gas valves.  User dongrip ran it and found no evidence of doping on his wafers.  TYCOM reports that valves are properly set, but in actual fact, they are not.  
This is why equipment quals would be a really good idea.....
