User "Clifton" reports: We doped using BP900 and then stripped the boro-silicate glass and did a 16 hour anneal using AN1140 to drive-in the diffusion. The only thing we've measured so far is the sheet resistance. We were targeting 0.05 to 0.1 and we got between 0.2 and 0.3, so that's not bad.
