Subject: Shutdown tylan6: Door Opens w/ baffle left behind

During the first step of POCL1000 on tylan 6, the door would not come out.  Gladys recommended I help the furnace door by pressing manual-fast-out, but when the door started to open, the front baffle was left behind.  I immediately put the door back in manually and aborted the run.

I replaced the source cooler unit with a spare unit. the temperature is dropping to setpoint at this time. The tube has a lot of deposition causing the baffel to stick to the tube.
