Immediately pressed abort. Robin and I thought that particles, grit, etc. may have prevented a proper door seal. Brought boat out, saw that there was no obvious grit, etc. and tried to rerun the recipe. Pump never turned back on, tube stayed vented and failed leak check. We went in the back to look at the pump. Unlike pumps for the other furnaces in the bank (specifically Poly and Nitride), the bpsg pump fan was not spinning and the WIKA needle gauge read 0. Ran PUMP11 to try to pump down a third time to no avail.
