From iwjung at stanford.edu Tue Feb 10 10:20:00 2004 From: iwjung at stanford.edu (Il Woong Jung) Date: Tue, 10 Feb 2004 10:20:00 -0800 Subject: unstripped dummy wafers Message-ID: This Sunday, I found that almost all of the non-metal dummy wafers to replace the dummies in the tube have not been completely stripped. Please look at the wafers after the strip and make sure there is no oxide. And take the time to put it back in the BOE if not, please. Il Woong Jung -------------------------- E.L. Let's all try to be sure the the wafers are stripped completely before putting them back into the cart. We can retrain anyone if they are not sure of what they should be doing. thanks -m Il Woong Jung wrote: >This Sunday, I found that almost all of the non-metal dummy wafers >to replace the dummies in the tube have not been completely stripped. >Please look at the wafers after the strip and make sure there is no oxide. >And take the time to put it back in the BOE if not, please. > > >Il Woong Jung >-------------------------- >E.L.
