Please fill out the logbook completely when using the LPCVD tubes. Our Maint staff refer to the logbooks daily to generate their reports and to schedule tube cleans. When you don't fill it out, I get an email from them. I then send you an email asking you to fill out the log. I don't feel I am adding much to this process. So just fill it out. thanks -m
