Dear Users, I wanted to use TylanBPSG in the morning, and after cleaning my wafers, I found that the last person who used it had put 3um on the dummy wafers, and either he did not stripped them, or he didn't record that he did. Please strip the dummies when you are near the 3um limit and record it. Thanks Bipin
