Subject: Possible Contamination

A labmember mistakenly processed glass instead of quartz
through tyanpoly and, after discussion with her boss, it is
strongly suspected, through an anneal furnace as well, although
we do not know which one.  Until we confirm this, I would like
to keep these tubes down, just in case.  I hope we can resolve
this on Monday.
