long anneal

Hello,

	I would like to run a very long anneal, about 36 hrs,  in the
tylan fga. I see that there are no reservations in the next 36 hrs, so I
am reserving the tube and loading wafers this evening.

	However, I realize that plans often change on short notice,
especially right before the Xmas shutdown, so if you need the tube for a
few hours, please send me an email, and I'll be happy to accomodate you.
