can't show status or load any programs into any tubes. On Saturday, it was noticed by Eric P that the computer was loading LPCVD programs into bank 1 (tylan 1 - 4), when the programs were loaded into the correct LPCVD tubes. I think the tylan computer has finally bought the farm.
