Subject: LPCVD's will be down tomorrow

  The burnbox that supports the diffusion area LPCVD's needs a major
cleaning tomorrow. It will be shutdown tomorrow morning around 6 a.m.
and should be back up early in the afternoon.

Subject: mfs alarm went off

Last night, upon returning to recover wafers from tube from a long
LONH378 run, found the mfs alarm going off. Not sure if it was alarming
during deposition.
