Message-ID: <200011222204.OAA05787@gloworm.Stanford.EDU> Hi All, Hopefully the nitride tube will come alive today Evening. THANKS RAY! If anyone needs about 0.5 micron (LONH378) nitride, I'd be glad to run it for you tonight, along with my run. There is also some chance that I may run a thicker (1-1.5 micron ) nitride this weekend, and if I do, you'd be welcome to submit your wafers to me for that. If I don't run it, I will be releasing my Saturday time that I have reserved. Also, in the near future, I plan a thinner nitride at about 1500A (NITRIDE1). Since this is a critical piece of equipment that is run as a batch process, I would encourage other users to share runs in this way, especially when it comes up and there's a mad rush to get on it! In general, I'm always open to include your wafers with my runs. Thanks, and have a great Thanksgiving, -Eric eap at gloworm.stanford.edu (650) 725-3681 (in the lab right now) PS: Tube willing, I plan to load at 5 or 6 PM tonight for the 0.5 micron From aravanis at stanford.edu Wed Nov 22 14:53:21 2000 From: aravanis at stanford.edu (Alexander Michael Aravanis) Date: Wed, 22 Nov 2000 14:53:21 -0800 (PST) Subject: Do you need 0.5 micron nitride?
