Hello Tylannitride users,
Sorry for not getting this out sooner.  The test I ran on Monday looked 
much better than the one I ran last Wed.

Fengj is running a nitride2 run today also.  We will post his result.



Nitride2 test  10/4/04

  Run Nitride2 program (time 01:15:00...expected 2500Ang)
Load 5 wafers into slots 3-7 of first nitride boat.  Dummy wafers in slots 1,2, and 8.

Results:
~2800Ang

wafers 
#3  ++...good....few small scattered particles
#4  =...many scattered particles
#5  +...ok  small particles
#6  -...bad particles
#7  ++...good...some particles near the edges



++good
+ok
=marginal
-bad
--very bad

Subject: construction in bank3/4 area tomorrow

Lab users,

The wbsilicide will be moved from the bank 4 fingerwall to the bank 3
fingerwall (same aisle) tomorrow, Tuesday, 10/19. The work will start at
0730 and run throughout the day with most of the work being finished by
noon. Bank 3 and 4 furnace will be open for use, but there will be  two
to three contractors working in the bench area and walking through the
door between furnaces. If you are doing critical furnace work, you want
to wait until after 1600. This move is the next step in installing the
second Thermco furnace.
