Coral being down, I cannot find out who plans to use tylanntride today or in the next few days but, if you are going to deposit some low stress nitride, could you please add 2 bare silicon wafers to your run and pass them to me so that I can use them as dummies in drytek? I don't care about the nitride thickness. Please let me know fi you can give me some low-stress dummies. Thank you.
