Message-ID: I am very sorry to inform you that, I have mistaken glass for quotz and grew poly in the tylanpoly furnance on Tuesday evening. Last night, WBDIFF and WBNONMETAL have been cleaned thoroughly and refilled with new chemicals (thanks a lot to Eric's help!) If you plan on using tylanpoly, you might want to wait until the tube is cleaned/replaced before using it. References: Message-ID: <3D253D21.5EC8838F@stanford.edu> I did two runs from Wednesday evening to Thursday morning. It is really frustrating to know that my whole week work was destroyed, which could have been avoided if the contamination was reported earlier. I think the situation we are faced with is even worse. If the glass wafers were loaded to tylanpoly on Tuesday, it means WBDIFF and WBNONMETAL were also contaminated on Tuesday. Between Tuesday and Wednesday night, many people used those two wetbenches and loaded their wafers to different equipments. So probably all the furnaces, or even more equipments have been contaminated.
