Hi,

We're doing a series of thick 1-2 micron depositions
in TYLANPOLY over the weekend. The total deposition thickness
will be around 7 microns.

If anyone needs a poly dep in this range, we could include
your wafers with ours.

You can contact either myself or Jasmine if you might
be able to share our runs.
