I don't know how long this has been the case, but it is very likely that people have used metal wand assuming that it is non-metal. I think the non-metal wand should be replaced immediately. It looks like at the beginning of the deposition the rate is slower and speeds up as the deposition goes on. I came to this conclusion by looking at some of the dep. rates. The dep. rate is slow for short depositions and faster for longer depositions. I will do several AMOR4006 depositions, and accuracy is very important. I will appericiate any data on AMOR4006.
