The nonmetal quartz wand is hanging on the metal wand hanger, and
the metal wand is hanging on the non-metal wand hanger. I don't know
how long this has been the case, but it is very likely that people have
used metal wand assuming that it is non-metal. I think the non-metal wand
should be replaced immediately.

Hi tylanpoly users,
I understand that the deposition rate for AMOR4006 is not constant.
It looks like at the beginning of the deposition the rate is slower and
speeds up as the deposition goes on. I came to this conclusion by looking
at some of the dep. rates. The dep. rate is slow for short depositions
and faster for longer depositions. I will do several AMOR4006 depositions,
and accuracy is very important. I will appericiate any data on AMOR4006.
