Subject: Germane running low

Attention TylanSiGe users,

The germane gas cylinder is at the 25% of product remaining level. If
the logbook is correct, as of the morning of July 2, we have around
10,000A of deposition left before the cylinder is empty. Please check
for adequate remaining gas before starting your run by subtracting any
new depositions from the 10,000A remaining level.
