Hi All,

Over the past couple of months there have been requests to put wafers with
metal layers embedded in them into the SiGe tube. The aim of the  meeting is
to bring all users together to discuss how to avoid cross contamination
issues between successive runs on the tube and address any other concerns
users might have.
