Hello All,
   The Germane for SiGe and Thermco Poly2 is almost empty it has 
dropped about 10 PSI since yesterday. There is a good chance it will run 
out duing masaharus run since he has over and hour left in dep with GeH4 
at full flow. We will be changing the cylinder after his run is 
completed so Narii is out of luck for today. Check pressure at :
