For index 1, the saw will not cut across the entire wafer.
I entered 120mm for the diameter.  Cuts closer to wafer top
did not go all the way to the edge.
THis also happened once in index2 near the top of the wafer

This machine is no longer supported
by the manufacturer, so we need to 
work around this problem.  As the operating
instructions state - set the wafer size 
parameter to 150mm or 6".  This reduces the
frequency of the problem.
