Manually move the z and x axis limit switches and resetted the system.  
Once again; Do not press the "Emergency Stop" button unless its an emergency.  This will prevent all the axis motors from rehoming at start-up.
I will speak to Mary when she returns about possibly changing the shutdown and start-up procedures.
