It hang up at the normal spot of dicing in the upper right hand corner. I tried to reset and hit stop & emergency stop several times to reboot. No success!!! Followed proper instruction of dicing pyrex glass. I have removed everything and placed back silicon blade. Fortunately it did work for me in the end but whoever left it like that should clean up better after themselves. Do not dare to run the wafersaw without that. Found this out when I was about to change the saw blade and just could not imagine that such an important piece is missing. Also the stage is set to the right instead to the left. Looks like the previous user disabled the machine in a hurry with pressing the unload function. It's better to stick to the SOP all the time.
