Message-ID: Jim Haydon removed the blade, which seemed to come off pretty easily using his nifty tool. It seems to work now (blade doesn't stick), but the problem may come up again. Please be sure that the spindle and the inner ring of the blade are clean before putting the blade on. The blade should slip on easily. Polished the spindle and tested. If the blade gets stuck again, do not force it. Use a little IPA on the spindle to lubricate it. Also, do not try to polish the shaft yourself. The brearing could be damaged if the spindle is spun with the air off.
