Also, turn off the monitor, pump, and CDA supply and put the pin back to the 4-inch wafer position. Clean up your dicing tape scraps and clean wipes and do not leave a pile of blades on the table. At least put the blades back in their containers and move them to the side. This way, the equipment will be ready for the next user. Pressing enter a few times didn't help--backing up a few steps in the operating instructions did.
