The <Enter> key is damaged and the plastic button has been removed.  The switch underneath has slipped.  We may need a new switch.  The machine cannot be used now.

In case you accidentally left a mess behind recently....Please do remember to push the stop and emergency stop buttons after you are done with your project.  Also, turn off the monitor, pump, and CDA supply and put the pin back to the 4-inch wafer position.  Clean up your dicing tape scraps and clean wipes and do not leave a pile of blades on the table.  At least put the blades back in their containers and move them to the side.  This way, the equipment will be ready for the next user.

When I used the wafersaw Thursday the vacuum pin was slightly bent. It seemed to work fine, though.

When I used the wafersaw Thursday July 20 the worm drive didn't initally engage during the zeroing procedure. Pressing enter a few times didn't help--backing up a few steps in the operating instructions did.
