I rebooted and we got the same problem.  We had the same symptom in April, when Cesar changed something out to repair it -- could it be the same?

The system cal is not normal, I notice when  system is
calibrating only the y axis calibrate  and initialize fine, but
both x axis and theta does not initialize normally. Still
trouble shooting.
