Alvin reports that the vacuum works intemittently.  Please make sure to check your wafer is secure before cutting it.  We will ask maintenance to look into this Monday.

The water flow solenoid is not working (another on order.)  You must turn on and shut off the water using the flow meter on the front of the machine (next to the monitor) until this is replaced.  Many pologies for the inconvenience.  But make sure to do this: cutting without water will damage the blade and/or your wafer.
